Job Responsibilities

1. Independently complete the design of non-standard equipment;

2. Independently complete the selection of standard parts for equipment outsourcing;

3. Production of mechanical drawings, electromechanical docking documents, gas circuit diagrams, BOM and spare parts and wearing parts lists;

4. Solve technical problems in the process of equipment assembly and commissioning;

5. Complete the collation and design summary of project design data;

6. Complete the standardization of the assignment within the group, process experts and lesson summarization;

7. Recruit full-time bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering;

8. More than 3 years of experience in the non-standard automation equipment industry, in-depth understanding of the selection and calculation of non-standard design standard parts, familiar with the selection and application of motors, sensors, etc.;

9. Familiar with common machining technology, surface treatment process and assembly process;

10. Proficient in the use of AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS and other mechanical design software, proficient in the use of office software;

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering; Engaged in non-standard automation machinery design for more than 2 years;

2. Familiar with the working principles of various mechanical structures, pneumatic components, sensors and other working principles;

3. Familiar with common machining technology, surface treatment process and assembly process;

4. Proficient in the use of SolidWorks, AutoCAD and other related technical software, proficient in the use of office software;

5. Ability to independently complete the design work of automation projects and the ability to solve problems quickly;

6. Work conscientiously and responsibly, rigorously and meticulously; Good team spirit, communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
