Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up a project team and manage overseas project teams according to project requirements.

2. Participate in the pre-feasibility study and preliminary design of the project, and be responsible for the whole life cycle management of the project, the planning, management, supervision, control and reporting of the project.

3. Formulate a reasonable project schedule, node delivery stage goals, strictly control the project, have the ability to control the process, and achieve the overall goal of quality, cost and delivery time.

4. In the face of project problems, it is necessary to respond in a timely manner, analyze problems, decompose tasks, and improve the success rate;

5. Ability to solve problems and disputes, organize and optimize resources, and good communication skills.

6. Ability to identify and deal with project changes, timely report changes in the upgrade project according to the company's project problem upgrade process, implement change control and management.

7. Have the ability to report on project phases and summaries.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or related.
